Join us for a Gentle Yoga & Meditation class to nurture the body, mind and spirit based in traditional Indian Hatha and Buddhist yoga practices. The first hour will consist of simple breathing exercises and mindful yoga movements to clear the mind and open the body, followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation to practice loving-kindness and open awareness. All levels of practice are welcome. Please bring your own mat and props as needed.
